However, the court has confirmed only that the case involves an assault charge and has not publicly released further details of the allegation.
The court confirmed the September hearing on Tuesday, stating that the case is listed for plea and trial preparation.
The court’s Admin Team Lead, James Baker, confirmed that the matter is officially listed for the September hearing but said the precise time and courtroom details would only be available the day before the proceedings.

The confirmation follows earlier reports that Poco Lee was being held on remand in the United Kingdom. However, the court’s correspondence did not provide further details about the specific allegation against him.
