Poco Lee addressed the situation during a video call with social media activist VeryDarkMan, who shared the conversation online on Sunday, September 13.

According to the court, Poco Lee faces one count of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration. The court’s Admin Team Leader, James Baker, confirmed the charges in an email to PUNCH and said the case is listed for plea and trial preparation on September 15, 2026.
