October 22, (THEWILL) – The Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund has officially announced a payout distribution of ₦4.53 per unit for its unitholders, subject to applicable statutory withholding tax deductions.
According to formal regulatory filings submitted to the Nigerian Exchange, the declaration offers existing investors a predictable return on their income-yielding infrastructure debt holdings.
Eligibility for the declared distribution relies on the fund’s register of members at the close of business on 22 October 2026.
Investors holding 1,000 units on the register by the qualification cutoff will receive a gross payout of ₦4,530 before withholding tax considerations.
Market participants should note that purchasing fund units on the qualification date does not guarantee inclusion in the distribution.
