October 03, (THEWILL) – The Cross River State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party has resolved to Mobilize citizens of the state against the sale of public enterprises to friends of the present administration in the state.
Besides this, the party also resolved to recover three buses criminally converted to personal property by its erstwhile chairman and it’s state Secretariat expropriated by the APC in Cross River State.

Ojisi said the SWC has resolved “to pursue, mobilize and sensitize the citizens of Cross River State to resist any attempt to sell assets to family members and cronies of the current administration.
“to explore all legitimate avenues to recover the party Secretariat and all relevant property including the three buses which the erstwhile chairman Ntufam Edim Inok, is alleged to have criminally converted to his personal property by changing their ownership details.
“The SWC also set up a high-powered establishment committee to assess the immediate administrative needs, and recommend comprehensive immediate takeoff needs for administrators of the party”, he said.
Ojisi added that the committee has four members and will be headed by the state secretary of the party Tony Edako.
The SWC, he added, also appreciated the national working committee of the party, national assembly members, immediate past Caretaker Committee and all stakeholders for midwifing the great rebirth of the party.
The rancour free state Congress of the party he said underscores the fact that the party understands the mechanism of inclusiveness, internal democracy and competence.
He added that with the successful conduct of congresses, the PDP in the state has declared a road to freedom with the people.
