January 22, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Yewande Adekoya’s estranged husband, Abiodun Ishola Thomas, has made a reconciliatory attempt months after dumping the actress and her children.
The actress confirmed in 2021 that her eight-year marriage had crashed as a result of infidelity on the part of her husband.
Abiodun took off, leaving the actress to continue taking care of their children alone. All efforts made by the actress to save her marriage proved abortive.
However, while celebrating her birthday, her husband sent her a message where he apologised for his mistake.
He reiterated his love for her and prayed for her.
“Happy birthday to my one and only wife, my iya ijebu, my friend and partner, may God continue to bless everything that has to do with you.
“No evil shall come your way, you shall continue to live to proclaim the power of the living God, may your light never go dim by the special grace of God, enjoy your big day darling.
“Darling in the spirit of your birthday, I want to use this time to say I’m sorry once more for the things I have done wrongly.
“I also want to tell you that I love you and I will continue to love you even more. May God continue to bless and guide us throughout our lifetime. Enjoy your big day my love. Let’s focus on the brighter side of life and forget the past,” he wrote.
