August 12, (THEWILL) — Nigerian TikToker and content creator Peller has expressed frustration after his parents ignored his 100-guest limit and invited their respective partners and other people to his white wedding.
Peller and fellow content creator Jarvis held their white wedding on Saturday, August 8, after previously completing their traditional and civil marriage ceremonies.
The streamer said he wanted the white wedding to be a small gathering, with about 100 guests expected to attend. He also asked his family members to invite only a few people.
However, in a video shared on Wednesday, Peller said his parents did not follow his instructions and instead arrived with additional guests.
According to him, his parents, who are separated, each attended the wedding with their partners and other people.

“I told them to invite a few people, but my mummy dey carry her own boyfriend come, my daddy carry his own girlfriend come”, Peller said.
He said he was particularly frustrated because he had made his wishes clear before the ceremony.
“I’m tired, I’m tired of all these things. I changed it for them, no be small”, he added.
Peller also complained that other members of his family were using the wedding as an opportunity to create social media content, adding to his frustration.
The incident prompted the content creator to reflect on his upbringing and the challenges of coming from a polygamous family.
“Polygamy is very hard. I’m from a polygamous family”, he noted.

Peller’s comments come days after his wedding to Jarvis, which attracted attention from fans, celebrities and other social media personalities.
The couple had earlier formalised their union with a civil wedding before going on to hold their traditional and white wedding ceremonies.
