SAN FRANCISCO, June 04, (THEWILL) – Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, has reportedly agreed to join Italian Serie A side, Napoli.
According to reports, Osimhen, who will be joining Naples from French side, Lille, will be signing a five year deal with Napoli after agreeing four million euros (over 1.7 billion naira) annual salary apart from bonuses.
THEWILL had previously reported that Osimhen’s agent, Ariyo Igbayilola, had said in a previous interview that Napoli was the only side with a serious offer on the table for the striker.
Lille President, Gerard Lopez, who confirmed the report, stated that the club had received several offers for the Nigerian striker but will only do business for the right money.

Lopez said: “There are multiple offers. We turned down one English and one Spanish offer this January transfer window.
“There is a wide array [this summer] and I wouldn’t want to give the names of the clubs who are bidding but what I can tell you is that there are multiple [offers]. There are three championships that have clubs that have bid for him.”
