January 10, (THEWILL) – Bob Saget, the US actor-comedian popular for playing the role of Danny Tanner in the sitcom ‘Full House’, is dead. He died at the age of 65.
According to TMZ, sources related to the comedian stated that he died on Sunday at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Orlando.
Also, law enforcement sources were quoted as saying that they responded to a call from the hotel around 4 pm after security discovered Bob lifeless in his room.
According to available information, the comedian was pronounced dead on the scene, but the circumstances of his death are yet to be ascertained.
“We have no information on cause of death, and detectives have found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case,” the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.
“The medical examiner’s Office will make the final call on the cause and manner of death.”
Speaking concerning the incident, John Stamos, Sager’s longtime friend tweeted: “I am broken. I am gutted.
“I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby.”
THEWILL writes that Saget was born in Philadelphia in 1956 and he had a short stint as a member of CBS’ The Morning Program in early 1987 and was cast as Danny Tanner in ‘Full House’.
