September 12, (THEWILL) – Otutochi “Tochi” Wigwe and Nigerian investment executive, Wilson Omogbale Aikhomu, are reportedly set to marry.
The couple are said to be in a relationship and are reportedly planning a low-key wedding away from the public eye.
Sources familiar with the development told THEWILL that it appears they want to keep the ceremony details private.
There has been no official confirmation from either Tochi or Wilson, while their families have also not publicly commented on the reported nuptials.
Wilson is a Lagos-based investment professional and the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Zoya Admiralty. He is also linked to Ocean Marine Solutions, where his late father, Rear Admiral Joseph “Joe” Omozuwa Aikhomu, was a director, shareholder and former chairman.
He is also the nephew of Admiral Augustus Akhabue Aikhomu, who served as Nigeria’s Chief of General Staff, the equivalent of vice president, under General Ibrahim Babangida from 1986 to 1993.
Wilson is also said to have shared a close friendship with Tochi’s late brother, Chizi Wigwe.
Chizi was the eldest son of the late Access Bank Group CEO and prominent Nigerian banker Herbert Wigwe and his wife, Chizoba Wigwe. He died alongside his parents in a helicopter crash in Southern California on February 9, 2024. He was 29.
Chizi worked in investment at Africa Finance Corporation and was remembered by family and friends as vibrant, accomplished and close to his siblings. During his memorial, Tochi spoke warmly about their bond.

Tochi, 28, is the eldest surviving daughter of Herbert and Chizoba Wigwe. She serves as a director of the Herbert Onyewumbu Wigwe (HOW) Foundation, founded by her late father, where she guides community development projects and supports Wigwe University in Isiokpo, Rivers State.
She also leads the Tochi Wigwe (TW) Entrepreneurship 2030 Agenda, a five-year initiative to support more than 5,000 small and micro-business owners across Nigeria.
The reported wedding comes as Tochi continues to build her public profile while carrying on aspects of her late father’s philanthropic legacy.
For now, the reported marriage remains unconfirmed. Neither Tochi nor Wilson has announced an engagement or wedding date, and both families have yet to respond to requests for comment.
