BEVERLY HILLS, March 03, (THEWILL) – Veteran broadcaster and Nollywood actor, Sadiq Daba, is dead.
According to family sources, Daba died on Wednesday evening after a prolonged battle with leukemia and prostate cancer.
Veteran Journalist, Azuka Jebose, confirmed the death of the seasoned broadcaster on his Facebook page.
THEWILL writes that Sadiq Daba’s acting came into prominence in the late 1970s when he starred in Cockcrow at Dawn television series.
Daba disclosed his diagnosis of leukemia and prostate cancer in 2017 and many Nigerians assisted him to raise funds for his treatment.
