In a related development, the President has approved the appointment of Mrs Jumoke Gafar as Secretary to the Board/Authority and Legal Adviser.

The Authority is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, promoting efficiency in the sector, and protecting the interests of consumers and other stakeholders.
