SAN FRANCISCO, February 26, (THEWILL) – From the results declared by INEC at the collation centre, President Muhammadu Buhari has been declared winner in Lagos, Ogun and Bauchi.
Lagos is the power house of APC National Leader, Bola Tinubu, while Ogun is the home state of Buhari’s critic, former President Olusegun Obasanjo who had declared his support for the PDP candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
