Sokoto FRSC Get New Corps Commander

September 25, (THEWILL) – The Federal Road Safety Corps has promoted CC Aliyu Ma’aji, an indigene of Sokoto State, to the rank of Corps Commander in Sokoto State.

The Ma’aji’s elevation made him the second highest-ranking officer from Sokoto state in the service of the FRSC. The decoration was performed by the Zonal Commanding Officer, ACM Ali Baba.

Baba Ali urged the newly decorated officer to see the promotion as a reward from God. He also advised to serve in best form the Federal Road Safety Corps in his new capacity.

The Zonal Commanding Officer stated that the Corps Marshal is bringing in a new policy thrust aimed at moving the Corps forward and promotion happened to be one of his top priorities.

In his remarks, Corps Commander Ma’aji thanked the FRSC management for finding him fit to be promoted. Ma’agi promised to dedicate more energy to the service of the FRSC.

In attendance were the Sector Commander CC Abdullahi Maikano Hassan, a representative of the State Government, family members and Staff of the Corps.
