BEVERLY HILLS, August 15, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, 42, has tested positive for the coronavirus.
She announced it via her Instagram handle on Saturday, writing: “Hello all, I know most of you have been wondering where I’ve been.
“Well, I contracted COVID. I have been ill, in Isolation and now getting better. I will be releasing more details on this soon.
“However, I have been reading devastating news on how our youths die every day by getting crushed by trailers or containers.
“This is disheartening and has made my heart really troubled.
“This can happen to anyone and enforcements shouldn’t be taken lightly on this.
“I call on the Lagos Government to please to do something about it.
“Thanks for your love and care as I recover fully.”
The actress lives in Lagos, the epicenter of the coronavirus pandemic in the country.
