BEVERLY HILLS, September 9, (THEWILL) – Nigeria Wednesday reported 176 confirmed new cases of the coronavirus to bring the nationwide tally to 55, 632 with 43, 610 recoveries and 1, 070 deaths (3 new deaths).
According to data released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, the FCT posted 40 new cases, while Lagos, the State with the highest number of recorded cases reported 34. Plateau posted 26, Enugu 14 and Delta 12. See below for a full breakdown.
The NCDC also said it has so far tested 430, 712 samples as at September 8, 2020.
