August 02, (THEWILL) – In a friendly tie on Wednesday, Liverpool put on an attacking performance against Bayern Munich, only to be pegged back by a late onslaught and lose 4-3.
The Reds’ fast and direct style of play allowed them to exploit spaces behind Bayern’s defence, resulting in a confident finish by Cody Gakpo just two minutes into the game.
