Lekki Shooting: Veteran Singer, Janet Jackson Condemns Killings

SAN FRANCISCO, October 22, (THEWILL) – Veteran American singer, Janet Jackson has condemned the killing of unarmed protesters in Nigeria.

In a statement on Tweeter, the 52-year old singer said “those behind the killings and brutality of #EndSARS protesters have brought shame to the nation.”

“Nigeria, I pray for you and love you so much. #EndsSars #LekkiMassacre#EndPoliceBrutality”, she tweeted

Janet praised the bravery of Nigerian youths and the courageous fight for a better country.
