BEVERLY HILLS, February 26, (THEWILL) – Two French bulldogs belonging to US pop icon, Lady Gaga, have been stolen in Los Angeles after an employee taking them for a walk got shot and was dispossessed of them.
Lady Gaga immediately offered $500,000 to anyone who helps recover the pilfered dogs.
According to Los Angeles police, a gunman abducted the dogs and fled the scene in a vehicle on Wednesday night.
Another man in his 30s was shot and has been hospitalised.
However, the police were not able to ascertain the identities of anybody.
Popular celebrity website magazine, TMZ, stated that Lady Gaga will give a reward of $500,000 for the return of the dogs, named Koji and Gustav, “no questions asked.”
Asia, a third dog, was recovered by law enforcement officers and was returned home by another member of the singer’s staff.
THEWILL writes that French bulldogs are highly coveted with a high price tag on the dog market and it is not certain if Lady Gaga’s pets were deliberately targeted.
