July 15, (THEWILL) – The American manager of Nigeria’s Super Falcons, Randy Waldrum, has continued his rebuild of the senior women’s national football team by calling up Houston Dash forward Michelle Alozie to the team’s training camp.

In the announcement from the Nigeria Football Federation, Alozie, who was arguably the standout player for the Super Falcons in their first two games at the 2021 WNT Summer Series, will join the Super Falcons overseas in Vienna, Austria from July 16 to July 24.

Her inclusion in the team for the 2021 WNT Summer Series was the first for which she featured for the country. She made her international debut at BBVA Stadium on June 10 against Jamaica and scored her first goal for the Super Falcons on June 13 against Portugal at the same grounds.
