December 07, (THEWILL) – A corps member and seven other residents of Extension 2 Relocation, Arab Road, Kubwa, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, have been abducted by gunmen.
According to a report by the Punch, the corps member, identified as Adenike, was abducted in her father’s home in the community.
The gunmen reportedly escaped with Adenike and other abductees through the hills bordering the community.
Quoting a source, the newspaper reported that the gunmen shot two people, one Abel, popularly known as Oshodi, identified as a tailor, died while the other victim was rushed to the hospital.
The FCT Police Command has not reacted to the abduction.
