Diddy Faces Fourth Sexual Assault Accusation

December 07, (THEWILL) – An unidentified woman, Jane Doe, has initiated legal action, filing a federal lawsuit against American music executive and businessman, Sean Combs, aka Diddy, and his longtime associate, Harve Pierre.

The lawsuit alleges a disturbing incident of gang rape in 2003 when the accuser was 17 years old.

According to the complaint, the men purportedly trafficked her across state lines, provided drugs and alcohol, and subjected her to a violent assault.

The distressing incident reportedly occurred at Diddy’s Manhattan recording studio and involved a third unidentified individual.

Within three weeks, Jane Doe has become the fourth woman to sue Diddy, alleging sexual abuse.

Harve Pierre, the longtime leader of Diddy’s Bad Boy Entertainment, faces a separate lawsuit from an assistant claiming multiple sexual assaults.

Diddy, however, denies all allegations, while Pierre and Bad Boy Entertainment, also named in the latest complaint, are yet to respond to the claims.

In a statement titled ‘ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,’ Diddy said, “For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Jane Doe alleges meeting Pierre and an unnamed individual at a Detroit lounge at the age of 17. Pierre, claiming to be best friends with Diddy, arranged a call with the then-34-year-old artist, who invited her to New York on a private jet.

Following the call, Doe claims Pierre demanded oral sex in the lounge’s bathroom. She then joined Pierre and the unnamed person on a private jet to Teterboro, New Jersey, before being driven to Diddy’s House Recording Studio owned by Combs.

The complaint features images of Jane Doe, reportedly taken at the studio that night, including one where she is seated on Combs’s lap. Doe alleges that at the studio, Diddy and his associates administered drugs and alcohol. As the night unfolded, her intoxication escalated to a point where consent was impossible.

According to the complaint, Jane Doe asserts she was violently raped by Diddy, the unnamed assailant, and Pierre. Following the assault, she claims to have been flown back to Michigan.

The complaint reveals that the woman decided to step forward after learning about a lawsuit filed by Combs’ ex-partner, singer Cassandra Ventura, better known as Cassie.

Cassie’s lawsuit alleged a pattern of “abuse, violence, and sex trafficking” during their relationship. Both Cassie and the current accuser, Jane Doe, are represented by the same attorney, Douglas H. Wigdor.

Diddy settled Cassie’s suit a day after its filing, with his attorney emphasising that the settlement wasn’t an admission of wrongdoing.

Post-settlement, two more women filed lawsuits against Diddy. One of them alleges a violent assault by Diddy and singer-songwriter, Aaron Hall, three decades ago. The other, Joi Dickerson-Neal, claims Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991, also asserting he recorded and distributed the assault tape.

Jane Doe lodged the latest suit under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, enabling survivors to file civil complaints on sexual assault claims after the statute of limitations has lapsed.

The lookback window is set to close on March 1, 2025.

These sexual assault allegations have prompted Diddy to step down as chairman of his music company, Revolt.
