December 24, (THEWILL) – Nigerian rapper and media personality, Olamilekan Massoud Al-Khalifah Agbeleshebioba, known professionally as Laycon, has undertaken the noble initiative of covering the tuition fees for university students in communities across Lagos.

As the winner of the Big Brother Naija Season 5 and current youth ambassador of Ogun State, he manifested his philanthropic spirit in his latest music video titled ‘Shine’.

The rapper undertook this initiative to alleviate the financial strain on students and their families amid the current economic challenges in the country.

Additionally, he extended support by distributing writing materials to primary school students in different schools across Lagos, acknowledging the foundational significance of education at the grassroots level.

Laycon carried out his benevolent acts in various areas of Lagos, including Berger, Ajah, Makoko, and Ikeja environs.

Despite recently completing a master’s degree in international relations from a UK university, the 30-year-old remains a beacon of hope for aspiring young minds, having clinched victory in the BBNaija reality show in 2020.

His influence extends beyond the realms of music and artistry, igniting a spark of inspiration for those who look up to him.
