Big Brother Naija Season 4 Kicks-Off With 21 Housemates

BEVERLY HILLS, July 01, (THEWILL) – The long-anticipated fourth season of the Big Brother Naija reality show kicked off on Sunday with 21 housemates.

This is the highest number of housemates in the show so far as 2017’s ‘See Gobe’ had 14 housemates and 2018’s ‘Double Wahala’ had 20 housemates.

This is also the first time the show will be shot entirely in Nigeria and winner will take home prizes worth 60 million Naira.

The first housemate introduced was Avala, a 30-year-old from Ogun State followed by Khafi, a 29-year-old from Ekiti state who is a police officer in London and Omashola, also 29 from Delta state.

Next was 28-year-old Frodd from Anambra State followed by 26-year-old Ike from Imo State who wants to give viewers a show, drama and romance.

Then came Ella, a giddy 30-year-old from Anambra state. She was followed by 27-year-old Isilomo from Edo state and Tuoyo, a 24-year-old fitness trainer, psychotherapist and part-time stripper.

In came 26-year-old Nelson from Rivers State; 28-year-old Sir Dee, a banker from Kogi state; and Seyi is a 30-year-old grandson of Obafemi Awolowo.

22-year-old Esther was introduced next followed by 26-year-old Thelma from Imo State, 31-year-old Gedoni from Cross River and Diane who is 23 from Kaduna.

Mercy, 26, from Imo State; 23-year-old Tacha from Rivers State; Jeff, 30, from Anambra and 28-year-old Mike from Manchester and Lagos were also introduced.

The show featured live performances from Burna Boy, Zlatan and Teni the entertainer who thrilled the crowd with hit songs and eye-catching dance steps.
