November 20, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Bakare Zainab, has narrated an unforgettable encounter she had with her colleague, Bolanle Ninalowo.
In a revealing conversation with her colleague, Biola Bayo, Zainab delved into a noteworthy incident on a movie set involving Ninalowo. She disclosed that during the shoot, Ninalowo expressed reluctance to film a kissing scene with her, attributing his decision to her not being an A-list actress.
According to her, the remark became a persistent thought, echoing in her mind to this day.
She said, “Why would an actor look at me and tell me I only kiss A-list actresses? I say it in every interview because it really got to me. Though he didn’t tell me directly, he told my director that he couldn’t kiss me.”
