June 24, (THEWILL) – The general overseer of Omega Fire Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has stated that he has prayed for the former deputy senate president, Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice, to overcome their travail.
The former deputy senate president and his wife, Beatrice Ekweremadu, were arrested by a Specialist Crime Team of the Metropolitan Police in London, for conspiracy to harvest the organs of a child, who is now in protective custody.
The minor was taken to London with the aim of harvesting his kidney for a transplant.
The transplant was to be made for Sonia, daughter of the former deputy senate president, who was down with kidney problems.
The clergy wrote, “Heard about the travail of the former deputy senate president, may God see him through. May God protect their child and spare her life.
“Thank God for preserving the life of that minor, who was to be used. May God help them to do the right thing, this too shall pass.
“I made a prayer for all those involved in the issue of the former senate president and I see reactions… Since you have become the law court, take your hate to somewhere else and don’t join those that I have blocked. Even a confirmed thief on the cross, Jesus prayed for him.”
