SAN FRANCISCO, June 01, (THEWILL) – Humble Entertainment, a United Kingdom based Events Company has accused Wizkid and his management of failing to show up at a gig he was contracted to perform at.
He was reportedly booked to perform on Thursday, May 26th at Club Republic in Leicester by organizers of the Safari Night3.
In a statement dated May 26 2016, the company apologized to fans for Wizkid’s failure to show up at the concert and expressed they disappointment in the singer and his management. “…first and foremost would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by Wizkid being unable to attend our event. We worked tirelessly to rectify this issue but unfortunately it was beyond our control. Despite going through all the necessary procedure to book Wizkid, which included signing a contract and paying the required fee, we have been let down by the booking/management parties.”

However Wizkid’s manager in Nigeria, Sunday Are of List Entertainment has taken to Twitter to deny knowledge of such transaction or show.
His management in UK, Disturbing London led by Tinie Tempah is yet to respond, nor has Wizkid himself.
