BEVERLY HILLS, April 05, (THEWILL) – A few years ago, Olajumoke Orisaguna, the beautiful bread seller came into our consciousness when she became an overnight celebrity in what seemed like a fairy tale story after she photobombed a photo shoot organized by celebrity photographer, TY Bello for pop star, Tinnie Tempah. ‘Jumoke Oniburedi’ as she is more popularly known, became the talk of town following her miraculous transformation from grass to grace. Even on the international scene, she became an issue of discourse.
Her fortune took a leap after she started getting endorsement deals, modeling contracts, tours and scholarship for herself. To crown it all, she got a luxury flat fully furnished from the CEO of real estate firm, Sijumoto owned by Sijibomi Ogundele, to stay in for five years free of charge. She there after started a Vlog on Youtube “Olajumoke sauce” where she shared her life stories in her native language. One would think her lack of adequate education and inability to communicate fluently in English language would hold her down, but she was able to hold the ace and anchor the programme for a year before it was rested.
Things however took a downturn for the model after she started having problems with the father of her children, Sunday Orisagunna who was said to be frustrated because it was becoming increasingly difficult to live with the woman he had known for more than four years. He alleged that she became rude after fame and fortune found her. Her once robust modeling career also suffered some hitches. Rumor had it that despite the efforts put into her modeling career, she was often compensated with peanuts as her then manager; Victoria Nkong took the lion share.
Now, many people are worried and concerned about her whereabouts as she has simply vanished from the public space. The mother of two also abandoned all her social media handles. Her last update on them was in 2019, except for her face book page which was updated in 2020. According to a reliable source, her absence from the entertainment scene may not be unconnected to the fact that she no longer makes the kind of money she was making as Nigerians typically do not waste time before moving on to the next big thing.
