January 12, (THEWILL) – The All Progressives Congress (APC) leader in Sokoto State and Senator Representing Sokoto North Senatorial District, Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, has called on the party supporters eligible to vote, to ensure they collect their Permanent Voter Cards ahead of the 2023 elections.

The Senator said this when he addressed a mammoth crowd of supporters on Thursday, at his residence, shortly after returning from Abuja for an official engagement.

He explained that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is currently distributing the cards to those who registered during the previous registration exercise across the country.

He reiterated that “You can vote for the APC Candidates if you have PVCs otherwise, your support to the party is doubtful.”

Wamakko, however, urged APC supporters in the State to mobilise more people to go out and ensure they get their PVCs at hand.

The Senator was received at the Airport by a large number of APC supporters, who welcomed him and his entourage at the Sokoto Airport.
