March 30, (THEWILL) – Comedian, Otaghware Otas Onodjayeke, aka I Go Save, has shared some threat messages he claimed he got from music executive, Ubi Franklin.
The messages threatened to reveal his family secrets if he fails to apologise for standing by his colleague, Bovi, who had cracked a joke about Ubi and his children years back.
In the chat, someone had sent Ubi a message, claiming that I Go Save does not take care of his wife and kids, who are in Austria and that the lady does everything herself because she is on government benefits.
Not stopping there, Ubi then sent I Go Save a message, telling him that he could not take care of his family, but was abusing him on social media.
Ubi also demanded an apology from the comedian or he would expose all of I Go Save’s family secrets that had been sent to him. According to him, I Go Save lost his respect after he decided to interfere in the issue he had with Bovi, which has lasted for seven years.
Reacting to Ubi’s threats of exposing his family secrets that he claimed to have, I Go Save laughed hard at Franklin’s message. He also taunted him with his reply which reads:
“AWWN!! I AM AFRAID O! THEY WANT TO EXPOSE ME O! MY WIFE WILL SOON LEAVE ME O! I DEY FEAR FOR WETIN HE GO POST NEXT O! I DEY REALLY FEAR O! I NEED PRAYERS & HERBALIST O!”
This whole tirade was ignited in the wake of Will Smith assaulting Chris Rock at the Oscars 2022, Ubi had called out Bovi for bringing his children into a joke he made years back.
Reacting to Ubi’s comments and other reactions that had trailed the slap, I Go Save made a video stating that making jokes about men, who impregnate women and fail to take responsibility for the child is to ensure it is not repeated, in apparent reference to Franklin. He also chided those he claimed were inciting the public against comedians.
Ubi has told I Go Save to save his energy as he has his eyes set on his target.
