May 12, (THEWILL)- A few weeks ago, advertising guru, Tunji Olugbodi, founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Verdant Zeal Group, a multi-disciplinary marketing and communications outfit with two international branches in key locations across West Africa, clocked 60.

Rather than throw a lavish party, Olugbodi chose to have a quiet celebration with his staff serenading him for achieving such a milestone. Well, it turned out that Tunji did really want to celebrate, but he preferred to wait till his wife, Biyi also clocked 60. Their birthdays are just about a month apart. Last weekend was an opportunity for them to party hard. Venue was the Balmoral events centre, Sheraton Hotel, Lagos.

For almost two decades, Olugbodi has bestrode Nigeria‘s marketing and advertising terrain like a colossus, leading Verdant Zeal on a progressive trajectory, morphing from a multi-disciplinary organisation into a multi-contextual group with specialised brand marketing competence in Strategy, Content Conceptualisation and Development, Digital and Interactive Media, Public Relations and Custom Publishing, Activation and Experiential Marketing, Specialist Communication, Entertainment, and Intellectual Interventions.
