August 11, (THEWILL) – Charles Oputa, otherwise known as Charly Boy, has predicted what will become of the country if certain people remain in power.

In a post made on Wednesday on Twitter, the musician warned that there is a “storm gathering in Nigeria.”

He also said Nigeria will be a combination of Afghanistan, Venezuela, Somalia, and Lebanon, if the federal government fails to resolve issues affecting the masses.

“A stormy hell fire is gathering in Nigeria. I can almost smell it and e dey choke,” he wrote in a mixture of English and Pidgin.

“If the vagabonds in power remain indifferent or fail to fix dis bullshit dey started. Nigeria will certainly become a combination of Afghanistan, Venezuela, Somalia and Lebanon.”

He also charged Nigerians to be prepared to fight for themselves.

“The Fulani Freedom Fighters (FFFs) have been let loose from hell by their masters. Nigerians be ready to defend yourselves”, he stated.

Charly Boy has been very vocal about his grievances with the current state of the country.

In July, the singer said the salvation of the country is in the hands of its youth.

He also charged the youths to come together to present a formidable front.

“I won’t endorse any political party,” the entertainer had said.

“I have already sung about it that the APC and PDP are not what we should be talking about in this era. I am simply for the Nigerian youths. Whichever direction they are pointing is where I am going”, he revealed.
