May 25, (THEWILL) – A skitmaker cum actress, Mama Ariella, has accused Governor Nyesom Wike of demolishing a building in Port Harcourt belonging to her father in-law.
In an emotional video posted on her Instagram handle, the woman revealed that the land was purchased legally and the family have all the necessary legal documents.
She added that the government decided to demolish the building because it is located in a choice area, which is a Government Reservation Area, (GRA).
According to her, her in-law served the government for quite a number of years and they bought the land with the reward of their service. They lived in the house for at least 35 years before it was demolished.
She further stated that her family took the government to court and the case is still pending in court, yet Governor Wike went ahead to demolish the house.
She accused Governor Wike of not listening to the people he is governing as he always acts as he pleases.
Stating further, she revealed that so many families were affected by the demolition.
