May 23, (THEWILL) – Singer Robyn Rihanna Fenty, also known as Rihanna and her baby daddy, Rakim Mayers, aka A$AP Rocky, are said to be planning to raise their son in Barbados.
The singer and her boyfriend welcomed their first child on May 13.
She is expected to remain in Los-Angeles for three months before moving back to the Caribbean with Rocky.
A source revealed that the singer, who grew up in Barbados, enjoyed growing up there and she wants to give her baby the same experience, away from show business.
According to People, the new mother is at home resting with the baby.
This is the first child for both Rihanna and Rocky, who have been romantically linked for two years after several years of friendship.
It was speculated that they secretly wedded or perhaps got engaged as Rocky wore a Marry Me grill in his music video while Rihanna wore a red wedding dress in the music video as well.
News about Rihanna dating her longtime friend Rocky broke in January following her split from Hassan Jameel, whom she dated for almost three years.
