BEVERLY HILLS, July 28, (THEWILL) – The leadership crisis in the House of Representatives has been resolved with the emergence of Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila as the Leader of the House.
Gbajabiamila (APC), representing Surulere Federal Constituency, Lagos State, was unveiled at Tuesday’s plenary.
The Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, also announced Rep. Buba Jubril as Deputy Majority Leader; Rep. Alhassan Dogwa as Chief Whip; Rep. Parry Iriase as Deputy Chief Whip; Rep. Leo Ogor as Minority Leader; Rep. Chukwuma Onyema as Deputy Minority Leader; Rep. Yakubu Bade as Minority Whip; and Rep. Binta Bello as Deputy Minority Whip.
