October 31, (THEWILL) – AC Milan forward, Ante Rebic, has been left out of Croatia’s preliminary 34-man World Cup squad for Qatar.

Rebic was a crucial member of the Croatian team that defeated Argentina 3-0 in the tournament’s group stage and advanced to the World Cup final in the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Although the Rossoneri player has only made three Serie A starts this year and has scored three goals in seven league games overall, it has not been enough for Zlatko Dalic to include him in the lineup. Rebic last represented his nation at the Euro 2020 tournament last year.
