But to her surprise, one of the staff of the company, Michael called her on October, 27 to inform her that Benignant Forte wanted to cut the investment arm of its company.

Anita who was surprised by that development ensured she put a call through to Mr Philip Akor, the Chief Executive Officer of the company who corroborated Michael’s claims.

However, they promised to return the capital of their investors which the comedienne is aware of.

After the company stopped paying it’s investors, she called the owner to find out why they failed to fulfill their promise but Philip promised to continue as soon as they sort out the challenges they were battling with.

Despite the fact that she insisted on knowing the true state of things, Philip kept her in the dark and he has remained incommunicado and now at large.

The humor merchant however appealed to her fans who invested in Benignant Forte because of the level of trust they have for her.

She added that the last two weeks has been tough and painful for her because of the experience her fans went through. The skit maker and comic actress also stated that she had to cancel her show which was supposed to take place in December because of the traumatic experience her partnership with Benignant Forte has caused.

Recall that a few days ago, fans called out the comedienne after they were defrauded. It was alleged that the mother of two is in a romantic dalliance with Philip Akor, the Chief Executive Officer of Benignant Forte, an investment company into real estate, haulage and partnership investment.

The company promised a return of 1.6% on investment to it’s investors every month. It was alleged that Philip used investors money to sponsor her show and buy her a car as he has refused to pay investors their capital and return on investment back.
