September 28, (THEWILL) – The Lagos police command has seized two children from Uzoamaka Ohiri, the estranged wife of Nedu Wazobia, the radio personality.

THEWILL recalls that Nedu, Whose real name is Chinedu Ani, had earlier uploaded the result of a DNA test which indicated that he was not the biological father of their first son.

Ohiri had also opened up that the paternity of their son was never a secret and she charged Nedu to focus on his biological kids.

The Lagos police had also invited Ohiri and she granted multiple interviews to talk about her side of the story.

According to Punch, policemen attached to the state criminal investigation department (SCID) in Panti, Yaba seized two children from Ohiri over the paternity controversy.

According to available information, in a letter of invitation with reference letter CR:3000/LSX/D10/Vol.3/71, which was signed by Fayoade Adegoke, the deputy commissioner of police at the SCID, Ohiri was ordered to report to Margaret Ighodalo (CSP) with respect to the matter.

She was later requested to stop making disparaging comments against the comedian on social media.

Ohiri was also ordered by Ighodalo to bring her three kids to the SCID, where two were handed over to her estranged comedian husband, Nedu.
Reacting to this development, a relative to Ohiri was quoted to have said: “Can you imagine the Police interfering in a civil matter because Nedu is influential?

“This is nothing but oppression. Why should children be brought to SCID? Now, they have been handed over to Nedu. This is sad.”
