November 25, (THEWILL) – Honorable Debo Ogundoyin, the 9th speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, is set to wed. The amiable speaker has unveiled his pre-wedding pictures with his beautiful bride, Olamidun Majekodunmi. The speaker and Olamidun had their introduction ceremony on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Their traditional marriage took place on Thursday, November, 25, 2021 at the University of Ibadan International Conference Centre, Ibadan, Oyo State while the white wedding is taking place on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Polo Club, Eleyele, Ibadan, Oyo State. The speaker visited Oni Of Ife, his Imperial Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, during the week to invite him for his wedding.
Honourable Debo Ogundoyin, is the son of late industrialist, Adeseun Ogundoyin. His mother, Mrs Tina Ogundoyin, is a socialite in Ibadan, she is one of the party pillars in Ibadan, Oyo State. Debo became the youngest speaker in Nigeria in 2018 at the age of 32. He won the bye election to emerge Oyo State House of Assembly speaker and replace the former speaker of the house, Michael Adeyemo, who died while in office. He is representing Ibarapa East constituency under People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Oyo State.
