The letter reads: “The Board and Members of the International Chamber of Commerce Nigeria (ICCN), led by the Chairman, Mr. Babatunde Savage, would be honoured to have you as the Keynote Speaker at our 2023 Dinner and Dance, which is to be held on Friday, 24th November 2023, at the Metropolitan Club, 15, Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, commencing at 6:00 pm prompt.

“In recognition of your sterling achievements at the Bar as a distinguished lawyer and your acknowledged passion for the Nigerian economy, we are convinced that there is no person more competent than you to speak on the theme ‘Good Governance: Panacea for Peace and Prosperity.’

It further noted, “A cross-section of our guests, who comprise captains of industries, members of the diplomatic corps, the legal profession, the media as well as other dignitaries, are expected at the event. In furtherance to the ethos of our founding fathers, the ICC doggedly commits her activities to promote peace and prosperity globally.”

“The International Chamber of Commerce Nigeria (ICC) is the world’s largest business organisation with a network of over 45 million members in more than 170 countries. The ICC works to promote international trade, responsible business conduct, and a global approach to regulation through a unique mix of advocacy and standard-setting activities together with market-leading dispute resolution service. Members of ICC include many of the world’s largest companies, SMEs, business associations and local chambers of commerce,” it added.
