June 07, (THEWILL) – A few weeks ago, Honorable Oluwole Ogunmolasuyi, a lawmaker representing Owo 1 Constituency at the Ondo State House of Assembly on the platform of All Progressive Congress was disgraced in Idanre, his home town.
The lawmaker had visited his hometown to attend a meeting of his party, but he was shocked by the cold reception from the community where he allegedly grew up. It was gathered that youths in the community chased the lawmaker and his police orderly out of the town. They accused him of wasting his mandate and neglecting the people that voted him into power.
He was disgraced and sent out by irate youths who are tired of the lies and deceit from politicians. Although Idanre is not his constituency, he was however prevented from holding a meeting within the community. It was gathered that the act was part of the schemes of his political detractors who didn’t want him to return for a second term in office.
