BEVERLY HILLS, December 11, (THEWILL) – Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance and Co-ordinating Minister of the Economy Friday made public a copy of the memo she wrote to former President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, seeking approval to release over $300 million dollars and 5.5 million GBP from the funds recovered from former military dictator, General Sani Abacha, to Ex-National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki to purchase arms for the military.
