October 18, (THEWILL) – Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide has felicitates with the Abia state Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, on his 58th birthday celebration on 18th October, 2022.
A statement by Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, Secretary-General Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, described the achievements of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu as unbeatable.
According to Isiguzoro, only people like Ikpeazu are competent to represent Ndigbo on the floor of the Senate.
“Ohanaeze applauded his numerous achievements, especially in security, youth empowerment, and infrastructural development to mention but few, his achievements have remained unbeaten in governance since 1999.
“Abians have been unfortunate with the previous governments until the arrival of Ikpeazu’s administration to ameliorate the agonies and despairs of Abians from the past regimes. He is the best among others who have been on the saddle since 1999.
“Ndigbo is full of expectations, particularly in the remaining period of his administration. He should remain committed and fight for those aspirations of Ndigbo and against the injustice meted out against the southeast.
“There are still some challenges facing Ndigbo, but it appears that only Governor Ikpeazu is speaking out the minds of the people of the southeast. Only people like Ikpeazu deserve to be on the Senate floor for Ndigbo in 2023.
“God should continue to guide Governor Ikpeazu to do the right things and continue to make Abia the safest State devoid of insecurity and menace from youth restiveness”, it stated.
