October 15, (THEWILL) – The board of the Nigeria National League (NNL) has formed relevant committees to facilitate the effective administration of the league, which kicks off on 28 October.
The Disciplinary, Finance, Media and Technical Committees will all play key roles in ensuring a glitch-free campaign. It was revealed that Yakubu Sarma will head the Disciplinary team, which also includes Prince Momoh Muhammed, Emeka Iwuagwu, Barrister Abdul Ibrahim and Secretary, Ayo Abdulrahman.
Meanwhile, the Finance Committee is chaired by Emmanuel Attah. Other members are Yusuf Baba Abdullahi, Yusuf A. Danjuma and Secretary, Abideen Fasasi.
Donald Ikpe leads the Technical Committee as Chairman, with Sani Mohammed as Vice Chairman, Diewaight Ikpechukwu and Secretary, Nicholas Akujobi, also included. Finally, veteran broadcaster, Emeka Odikpo, chairs the Media Committee. Patrick Ngwaogu and Adekunle Salami join him, with Amar Ignis as Secretary.
The appointments draw on the extensive football administration experience and expertise of the Committee members, according to NNL Chief Operating Officer, Ayo Abdulrahman.
