Nigeria’s Coronavirus Cases Up By 136, With 3 New Fatalities

BEVERLY HILLS, September 26, (THEWILL) – Nigeria’s total coronavirus cases has been put at 58, 198 by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, after 136 new cases were reported across 16 States on Saturday.

The Nigerian infectious disease agency also put total recoveries at 49, 722 with death toll rising by 3 to bring the total fatalities to 1, 106.

Lagos State, the epicenter of the pandemic in the country, recorded 41 new cases with Ogun State recording 27. Rivers State registered 19, Abia 10, Oyo and Plateau tied at 6, while Bauchi and Ondo rose by 5. See below for a full breakdown.
