Nigerian Startup Makes Finals Of Harvard Business School Competition

February 06, (THEWILL) – A Nigerian Insurtech start-up, Wimika RMS Technologies, has been named a top ten finalist of the Harvard Business School Africa New Venture Competition 2023.

As a finalist, the company will have the opportunity to pitch its solutions to a panel of judges in Cambridge, Massachusetts and receive support and mentorship from HBS faculty and alumni.

Wimika RMS Technologies is a specialist Insurtech startup providing cyber fraud protection, digital transaction protection, risk analytics and other embedded digital insurance products to emerging markets, starting with Nigeria.

With their milestones in the industry, the Tech company has given a boost to the insurance sector with a myriad of industry solutions in the Nigerian market.

This recognition is a significant milestone for the company and a further testament to the potential of Nigerian tech startups.
