BEVERLY HILLS, September 4, (THEWILL) – Nigeria Friday reported 156 confirmed new cases of the coronavirus to bring the nationwide tally to 54, 743 with 42, 816 recoveries and 1, 051 deaths (3 new deaths).
According to data released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, Lagos, the state with the highest number of recorded cases posted 36, while the FCT added 35 and Oyo reported 29. See below for a full breakdown.
The NCDC also said it has so far tested 417, 398 samples as at September 3, 2020.
