BEVERLY HILLS, December 15, (THEWILL) – Nigeria’s Chief Justice and head of the Supreme Court, Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammad, CFR, has contracted the deadly coronavirus and is being treated in a hospital in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.

Justice Ibrahim Saulawa of the Supreme Court, according to a report by the Nation newspaper, revealed the development at the unveiling of the national headquarters of the Muslim Lawyers’ Association of Nigeria (MULAN) on Tuesday in Abuja.

Nigeria’s COVID-19 numbers have been on the rise since the second wave of the pandemic.
