BEVERLY HILLS, June 26, (THEWILL) – Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta state, has revealed that one of his daughters has tested positive to the coronavirus.
Okowa made this known in a tweet Friday morning.
He stated that himself and his wife, Edith, would immediately proceed on 14-day isolation.
THEWILL had reported a surge in the daily figures of COVID-19 cases in Delta state on Thursday.
Earlier today, Edith and I received the news that one of our daughters has tested positive for #COVID19. Hence, in-line with the laid out procedures, we are both going into isolation for the next 14-days.
