“My niece told me of a film plot that has domestic abuse as it’s main context. I am going to invest in bringing that project to life.

“The dirty little secrets about our society needs to be addressed out in the open. Domestic abuse needs to end.

“I haven’t been on Twitter in a while, but reading the hallowing stories has been shocking.

“But let’s be honest, we saw domestic abuse all around us growing up. If we’re going to address, let’s address it seriously.”

This development is coming after cases of domestic violence were highlighted as a result of singer, Osinachi Nwachakwu’s death.

She was alleged to have died as a result of domestic violence suffered in her marriage.

Precious Chikwendu, the estranged wife of former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode, also shared pictures of her injuries in a social media post, where she described herself as a victim of domestic violence.
