This is not Messi’s first foray into Florida real estate. He also owns a $7.3 million apartment in Sunny Isles Beach. His lavish property purchases signal his intent to make South Florida his home away from home. He is putting down roots in the Sunshine State as he splits time between there and his native Argentina.
